Like many growing education organisations, Y Education had evolved quickly. Different parts of the business were communicating in different ways, the brand lacked consistency, and the strongest part of the organisation, its people and student experience, wasn’t being fully reflected in marketing.
We led a full brand transformation across strategy, messaging, systems, and content, helping create a brand that staff could rally behind internally, while building stronger trust and connection externally.
Rather than relying on polished corporate messaging, we built the brand around real student and teacher voices. Video testimonials became the centrepiece of the rollout, capturing genuine stories, experiences, and outcomes that reflected the culture already existing inside the organisation.
The result is a brand that champions the organisational vision, whilst being locally relevant to all Y Education regions.
